AMMONNEWS - A slight rise in temperatures is expected on Thursday, but it will be relatively cold and partly cloudy to cloudy with showers at times in the western parts of the Kingdom, according to Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD).
A further rise in mercury levels is forecast on Friday, creating pleasant weather in the hilly and the Badia regions, while it will be moderate in the Jordan Valley and Aqaba with low clouds and northwesterly to northeasterly moderate winds, the JMD said.
Temperatures expected today in Amman and the northern cities will hover around 16 degrees Celsius and a low of 8 degrees, while mercury levels in Aqaba will register a high of 24 degrees dropping down to 16 degrees at night, the Department noted.
