AMMONNEWS - Temperatures on Saturday are expected to hover around their seasonal average; therefore clear skies with pleasant conditions will prevail across much parts of the Kingdom, the Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD) said.
Mercury levels forecast in Amman and the northern regions for today will be around 21 degrees Celsius , dropping down at night to 10 in both areas. Mercury levels in the Gulf of Aqaba will register 28 degrees, sliding to 18 at night, the JMD added.
A slight rise in temperatures is expected over the next two days, bringing autumn conditions in the capital, the hilly areas and the desert regions, while it will be relatively warm in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea and Aqaba.
Clouds at high altitudes are also forecast with southeasterly moderate winds, blowing dust mainly in the southern and eastern parts of the country, the JMD said.
