AMMONNEWS - Moderate conditions are forecast to prevail Sunday across much parts of the country, with temperatures hovering around their annual average, reaching 26 degrees Celsius in the capital and the northern cites and jumping to 31 in the Gulf of Aqaba.
According to the Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD), mercury levels will cool down at night standing at 14 degrees in Amman, 15 in the northern governorates and dropping to 22 in Aqaba.
Similar conditions will continue over the next two days across much parts of the country with low clouds and southwesterly to northwesterly moderate winds, the JMD said.
