AMMONNEWS - Pleasant weather conditions are expected on Thursday and Friday in much parts of the country, but clouds will appear at low altitudes with northwesterly light to moderate winds.
According to the Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD), the weather will be relatively cold at night in the hilly areas and the Badia regions, while it will remain pleasant in the Dead Sea and the Jordan valley.
Mercury levels will few degrees over the next two days, but similar conditions will continue to prevail with low clouds and northwesterly moderate to brisk winds, blowing dust in the desert areas, the JMD said.
Temperatures expected for today in Amman and the northern regions will range between 26- 27 degrees Celsius, dropping down at night to 12. Mercury levels in the Gulf of Aqaba will hit 33 degrees, sliding to 20 at night, the JMD added.
