AMMONNEWS - Hot and dry conditions will continue over the next two days as temperatures remain above seasonal average, reaching their upper thirties during daytime in much parts of the country and jumping to 42 degrees in the Gulf of Aqaba.
According to the Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD), temperatures in Amman and the northern regions will range between a high of 39 degrees Celsius and a low of 22 , while mercury levels in the Gulf of Aqaba will hit 42 dropping to 29 at night .
A in temperatures is forecast on Thursday, but they will remain 4-5 degrees above their annual average; therefore relatively hot conditions will prevail in the hilly areas, while it will be hot in other parts of the Kingdom, the JMD added.
