AMMONNEWS - A slight in mercury levels is expected Wednesday hovering around their annual average, but summer conditions will continue to prevail in most areas with daytime temperatures reaching 33 degrees Celsius in Amman and jumping to 38 in the Gulf of Aqaba According to the Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD) daily update, mercury levels will cool down at night standing at 19 degrees in much parts of the country, except in Aqaba where they will slide to 27.
Similar weather conditions will remain on Thursday with north westerly moderate winds, the JMD added.
On Friday, temperatures will slightly rise becoming 3-4 degrees above their seasonal average, creating hot conditions in most parts of the country with northwesterly light to moderate winds picking up at times, the department said.
