AMMONNEWS - Normal weather conditions are expected to continue on Wednesday and Thursday as temperatures remain around their seasonal average, reaching during daytime 33 degrees Celsius in Amman and the northern cities and jumping to 41 in Aqaba, the Jordan Meteorological Department(JMD) said.
Mercury levels will cool down at night recording 20 degrees in the capital and sliding to 29 in the Gulf of Aqaba, the JMD added.
Temperatures will slightly rise on Friday, but similar summer conditions will continue to prevail across much of the country, while it will be hot in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea and the Gulf of Aqaba, the JMD further added.
