AMMONNEWS - Temperatures on Tuesday are expected to be around their annual average creating moderate conditions in the hilly areas, while it will remain relatively hot to hot in the Badia regions, the Jordan Valley and the Dead Sea, according to the Jordan Metrological Department (JMD) daily brief.
Daytime temperatures expected for today in Amman and the northern cities will range between a high of 29 degrees Celsius dropping down to 17 degrees Celsius at night. Mercury levels in Aqaba will jump to 40 degrees sliding to 24 at night, the JMD said.
Mercury levels are forecast to few degrees below their annual average over the next two days, bringing relatively hot conditions in much parts of the Kingdom with low clouds, mainly in the northern and central areas.
Winds will be northwesterly moderate to brisk, causing dust in the eastern and southern regions, the JMD added.
