AMMONNEWS - The Kingdom will be affected on Thursday by a heat wave, pushing temperatures 4-5 degrees above their seasonal average and hovering around 36 degrees Celsius during daytime in most areas except in the Gulf of Aqaba where they will jump to 44.
According to the Jordan Meteorological Department(JMD), temperatures will at night reaching 23 degrees in most regions and sliding to 29 in Aqaba.
Relatively hot weather will remain on Friday in the hilly areas, while it will be hot in the Dead Sea, the Jordan Valley and the Badia regions, the JMD said.
