Jordanian government warns Israel of "serious consequences" of Jewish visits to Al-Aqsa
AMMONNEWS - The Jordanian government has warned of serious consequence of what it has described as 'the invasion of settler groups and Israeli occupying forces in the Al-Aqsa mosque.' On Sunday, Jordanian Minister for Media Affairs and government spokesperson Mohammad al-Momani said that what Israel and the Jews ascending Al-Aqsa are doing is acting against praying Muslims in the mosque which is a breach of law and international trust.
Al-Momani demanded that the Israeli authorities immediately stop the visits and prevent the entry of Jews and Israeli security forces to the compound.
