AMMONNEWS - Director General of Gendarmerie Department, Major General Hussein Al-Hawatmh, Sunday, received China's ambassador to Jordan, Pan Weifang, for talks on security cooperation and bilateral relations.
Welcoming the envoy, Al-Hawatmh said that Jordan, through the efforts of His Majesty King Abdullah II, enjoys historic and solid ties with China.
Both sides reviewed cooperation domains between the two countries, especially those related to security and ways to further develop them.
Weifang said the Sino-Jordanian relations are outstanding and praised current cooperation, namely in the security field.
