AMMONNEWS - A 3.9 magnitude earthquake hit the Dead Sea at a depth of 10 kilometres at around 7:15pm on Friday, according to Jordan Seismological Observatory (JSO).
The new quake followed a previous one that measured 3.1 on the Richter scale on Thursday, the JSO added.
There were no reports of damage or injuries in Jordan as a result of the tremor.
