Queen publishes video on Facebook to mark Al Karama battle, mother’s day
AMMONNEWS - Her Majesty Queen Rania Al Abdullah, on Sunday, published a video on her official Facebook page to mark the occasions of the commemoration of the Al Karama Battle and Mother’s Day.
The video shows a meeting Her Majesty held with a group of mothers, whose sons serve as border guards in the Jordanian Armed Forces – The Arab Army.
In her Facebook post, Queen Rania said 'no matter how old we get, a mother’s heart remains a homeland for all her children.'
She added that in memory of Al Karamah Battle, 'we celebrate the sacrifices made by our soldiers in honor of our country.'
