10 years for the thieves of " Sadam Hussaien watch " in Amman
AMMONNEWS - The judge of North Amman Criminal Court , Ma'mon al Rameni decided 10 years of penal servitude,on robbers who are specialized at stealing west Amman women reticule.
The court carry out to judge two incriminatory of felony of theft by violence, because they stole a reticule of an Iraqi woman which was inside it a golden watch ' the glorious Saddam of Qadesya' which was presented to her from the Iraqi former president Saddam Hussein ' in addition to 2500 us $ and Iphone , ipad and her personal document.
A judicial source confirmed to Ammon that the two incriminatory form a robber and specialized for years to steal west Amman women reticules by using cars with faked number plates. The source affirmed that the criminatiries could steal about 12 woman most of them were from the Iraqi and Egyptian nationalities , and they were referred to be judged for each theft to a case.
The court issued its first decision about them which Ammon could get a copy of , by judging with penal servitude for a term for the theft of the Iraqi woman reticule , who walked at the evening of 22-6-2014 at the area of Um Alsummaq with her daughter where she surprised with a car drove reversely , her daughter shouted because the car drove towards them , one of them was driving and the other sat beside him , one of them pulled the reticule which resulted on the pulling of the woman and dragging her on the ground , she falled over and the reticule was stolen .
Later on, the it appeared that the reticule contained a golden watch of glorious Saddam Qadesya, 2500us $ iphone and her personal documents. The women was relieved to the University of Jordan Hospital, she suffered from dislocations and contusions of the right wrist and the joint of shoulder knees and elbow.
When one of the criminatories was selling the phone with 30 JD , the complaint was billed , they were chaised , the woman recognized them and referred to be judged.
Ammon met on of the victims whom her case still in court of north Amman , she told Ammon I walked near from Mekka mall with my reticule over my shoulder and speaking with my cellular and surprisingly a car drove beside me and a man with a long hair sat beside the window of the car catching my reticule and pulling it.
She added : I felt as if I was flying at the air while he pulled strongly, and pulled me with it until I falled over on my hand and shoulder they steal it and ran away.
She confirmed that they could steal 500 JD, two cell phones and her Iraqi passport.
She added that she needed 5 thousands JD to be healed at one of the private hospitals at Amman because her shoulder was broken.
And she concluded : why they did that ' if they asked me money I would give them , but why they did that, did they think , I am their mother!!'
