AMMONNEWS - A rise in temperatures is expected over the next two days becoming 4-5 degrees above their annual average; therefore it will be mild in the hilly areas and relatively warm in the Badia region, the Jordan Valley and the Dead Sea.
According to the Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD), winds will be southeasterly moderate with clouds at high altitudes. At night, cold conditions are forecast to prevail in most regions, while it will be relatively cold in the Jordan Valley and the Dead Sea with southwesterly to northwesterly moderate winds.
Temperatures expected in the capital for today will range between a high of 19 degrees Celsius dropping down to 8 degrees at night, in the central region they will also register a high of 19 degrees plunging to 4 degrees, while mercury levels in the Gulf of Aqaba will hit 26 degrees Celsius slipping down to 12 degrees at night, the JMD added.
