“The amount of bilateral trade, currently at USD 40 million a year, is far from the level we would like to achieve,” Szabó said. He noted that Hungarian dairy company Kőrőstej recently won an order to supply the Jordanian armed forces with cheese.
During his visit to Jordan, the state secretary met with minister of trade, industry and supply Maha Ali, minister for planning and international cooperation Imad Najib Fakhoury and is also expected to hold talks with farm minister Akef Al-Zoubi.
