Crown Prince meets senior officials at Global Forum on Youth, Peace and Security
AMMONNEWS - His Royal Highness Crown Prince Al Hussein bin Abdullah II on Friday met with senior officials taking part in the Global Forum on Youth, Peace and Security, which kicked off this morning at King's Academy school.
Prince Al Hussein met separately with Executive Director of the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) Babatunde Osotimehin, Director-General of UNESCO Irina Bokova and Ministry of Foreign Affairs State Secretary Morten Hoglund.
During these meetings, the Crown Prince discussed ties between Jordan and the UN organizations as well as Norway, and ways to bolster them in various domains. Talks also focused on youth issues and the need to support youth to draw a better future form them and their countries.
The meetings were attended by Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriate Affairs Nasser Judeh.
