AMMONNEWS - The Kingdom will be affected by a heat wave today pushing temperatures 4-6 degrees above their annual average, with northwesterly moderate winds raising dust in the southern and eastern regions.
According to the Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD),the hot conditions will continue to prevail Monday; therefore it will be hot in the hilly areas and extremely hot in the Badia regions, the Gulf of Aqaba and the Jordan Valley. Winds will be northeasterly to northwesterly moderate raising dust in the southern and eastern regions.
Temperatures in Amman and the northern regions for today will range between a high of 37 degrees Celsius and a low of 24 degrees at night.
