Interior minister, Palestinian awqaf minister discuss facilities provided to Palestinian pilgrims
AMMONNEWS - Interior Minister Salama Hammad discussed with Palestinian Minister of Awqaf and Religious Affairs, Yousef Adeis, measures needed to receive Palestinian pilgrims heading to Saudi Arabia through Jordanian border crossings as well as facilities provided to those pilgrims.
Hammad said the ministry will not spare an effort to assist Palestinian pilgrims and provide them with all facilities until they return home.
The Palestinian minister praised the support of the Hashemite leadership to the Palestinian people and their just cause, pointing to efforts being exerted by Jordan to preserve the Islamic and Christian holy sites in Jerusalem and support the Palestinians in the Gaza Strip.
