According to the Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD), medium and high altitude clouds bringing dust laden winds and local showers are expected across the Kingdom, mainly in the southern and eastern parts of the country.
Authorities reiterate warning against direct sun exposure during peak hours from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm.
People are also urged to exercise caution when driving, especially on desert roads, due to dust, slippery roads and low visibility under the prevailing weather conditions.
