Parliament summoned to convene for extraordinary session
AMMONNEWS - A Royal Decree was issued summoning Parliament to convene an extraordinary session as of August 1, 2015 to endorse several bills.
The bills for the extraordinary session include the 2015 Municipalities Law, the 2015 Decentralisation Draft Law, law on the ratification of the Vienna Convention on Civil Liability and the 2015 Transparency and Corruption-Combating Law.
Other laws include 2015 amendments to the Independent Elections Commission Law, the 2002 temporary law of the national committee for international, humanitarian law and the 2015 amendments to the Lower House’s by-laws.
