State Security Court issues verdicts on terror cases
AMMONNEWS - The military body in the State Security Court, during a public hearing on Monday, ruled imposition of three years of hard labor penalty on a suspect found guilty of using the Internet to promote the ideas of the terrorist organization, Daesh.
Also, the court sentenced another suspect to three years of hard labor for using the Internet to propagate terrorist activities.
However, the court decided to consider certain mitigating factors in order to give the accused a chance to reform and rehabilitate themselves and reduced the penalty to two years behind bars.
