AMMONNEWS - His Majesty King Abdullah II received cables of congratulations from leaders of Arab, Muslim and friendly countries on the 69th anniversary of Jordan ’s Independence Day.
The leaders wished the King continued good health and the Jordanian people further progress and prosperity.
They also stressed the strong ties between their countries and Jordan as well as their keenness to further boost them in various fields.
The King also received cables from the prime minister, the Senate president, the Lower House speaker, president of the Judicial Council, the chief justice, the grand mufti of Jordan, the army chief, the directors of the departments of intelligence and civil defense and acting directors of the public security and gendarmerie and the Economic, and Social Association of Retired Servicemen and Veterans.
His Royal Highness Crown Prince Hussein Bin Abdullah also received similar cables on this occasion from civil and military officials.
