Army chief, US military official discuss Eager Lion preparations
AMMONNEWS - His Majesty King's Advisor for Military Affairs and Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Gen. Mashal Mohammad Al Zabin, and the Director of Exercises and Training at the U.S. Central Command, Maj. Gen. Rick Mattson, on Monday, discussed preparations for 2015 Eager Lion drill which will begin tomorrow, with the participation of 18 countries.
The drill comprises training of officers in areas related to planning and operation of various stages of the exercise, as well counter-terrorism operations, strategic communications and crises management.
