AMMONNEWS - A slight rise in temperatures is forecast on Tuesday, but it will remain relatively cold in the hilly areas and mild in other parts of the Kingdom with low clouds and northwesterly to northeasterly moderate winds.
According to Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD), temperatures will continue to rise on Wednesday becoming around their seasonal average. Therefore, it will be mild in most regions and moderate in the Jordan Valley and Aqaba with clouds at medium and high altitudes.
In the afternoon, the Kingdom will be affected by unstable weather conditions and clouds will gradually build up creating partly cloudy weather with local showers accompanied by thunder at times, especially at night, the JMD added.
Winds will be southeasterly to northwesterly moderate to brisk, blowing dust in the desert areas .
On Thursday, a further in temperatures is expected; therefore it will be partly cloudy to cloudy at times with scattered showers and northwesterly moderate to brisk winds , raising dust in the desert areas.
Temperatures expected in Amman for today will reach a high of 18 degrees and a low of 8 degrees at night.
