Army chief opens joint U.S.-Jordanian military meeting
AMMONNEWS - Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Gen. Mashal Mohammed Zabin, on Sunday, co-opened with U.S. Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for International Security Affairs, Elissa Slotkin, the 37th meeting of the joint U.S.-Jordanian military committee. The three-day meeting aims at strengthening mutual cooperation between the militaries of the two friendly countries and ways of enhancing it as well as military assistance to Jordan.
The opening was attended by His Royal Highness Prince Faisal Bin Al Hussein and Princess Aisha Bint al-Hussein, the Jordanian military attaché' in Washington.
