AMMONNEWS - Minister of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs, Hayel al-Dawood, on Saturday, met with Turkey's Deputy Prime Minister, Bulent Arinc, and discussed with him ties between Jordan and Turkey.
Al-Dawood said Jordan is ready to provide facilities and help to Turkish visitors to Jordanian religious sites and to Jerusalem. He also welcomed Turkish students who want to learn Arabic in Jordan. He also spoke about Jordan's efforts to safeguard and care for holy shrines in Jerusalem against unilateral Israeli measures.
