Saudi Arabia to distribute 150,000 meals to Syrian refugees in Jordan
AMMONNEWS - The Saudi National Campaign to Support Brothers in Syria signed an agreement with Al Tajmouat University Facilities Services Company to distribute meals to Syrian refugees throughout the Kingdom during the holy month of Ramadan.
Under the agreement,150,000 dry meals will be distributed in Ramadan in three stages for all Syrian refugees in Jordan.
The Campaign’s Director in Amman, Saad bin Muhanna Al-Suwayed, said that the first stage will begin in the northern governorate of Irbid, where some 1,360 Syrian families, including about 5,000 refugees, receive food baskets.
Further, the chairman of Al Tajmouat, Jawad Al Kharouf, said that the company is trying to provide the best services in line with the charitable and relief goals provided by the Saudi campaign for Syrians in all regions of the Kingdom.
