AMMONNEWS - Jordan will participate in the Fancy Food Show in New York City on June 29.
This will be Jordan's sixth participation in the which is arranged by the Jordan Exporters Association and the Jordan Enterprise Development Corporation.
Chairman of the Association, Omar Abu Wishah, said in a statement on Sunday that nine Jordanian companies operating in different sectors of the food industry will be taking part in the Fancy Food Show's sixty sessions.
He added that the event brings in more than 2,400 attendees from over 80 countries to view innovative specialty food products, display their products and conduct business with international companies.
'Most prominent among the sectors participating in the are halawa and tahini, Arab sweets, chocolates, spices and herbs, packaging, juices and canned food,' Omar Abu Wishah added.
