AMMONNEWS - Journalist Tareq Al Momani was re-elected again as president of the Jordan Press Association for a three-year term.
Three journalists vied for the association's presidency in the elections which were held today.
They included Al Momani, Nabil Ghzawi of Ad Dustour Daily and Rakan Al Saaidah of Al Rai Daily.
Momani won four hundred and seven votes, while his rival Al Saaidah got two hundred and sixty eight and Al Ghzawi sixteen votes.
Eight hundred and thirty two of the of the association's one thousand and fifty eight members cast ballots in today's election.
