Lower House to discuss issue of Jordanian prisoners in Israel
AMMAN (Petra) - The Lower House of parliament will discuss with the government the issue of Jordanian prisoners in Israeli jails next Sunday, after a proposal for holding a general discussion was introduced by a number of representatives.
In a session held on Wednesday, the House also voted in favor of holding a session for a general discussion with the government, of which the date will be decided within two weeks to discuss chaos in the labor market, the negative impact of expatriate labor on job opportunities for Jordanians and their impact on Jordanians in the private sector, especially in the fuel and construction sectors.
But the House rejected a proposal for a general discussion on energy, which has been discussed more than once by the House with the government.
