AMMAN (Jordan Times) — Anti-Narcotics Department (AND) personnel have recently seized more than 2.250 million Captagon pills and foiled an attempt to smuggle them to a neighbouring country, according to a Public Security Department statement.
The AND staff received a tip that three people in Amman were planning to smuggle a large amount of drugs outside the Kingdom.
Further investigations led to the arrest of the smugglers, who were hiding the pills in a house in the capital.
