Jordan dispatches 12th humanitarian aid convoy to Lebanon
Jordan, through the Jordan Hashemite Charity Organization (JHCO) and in coordination with the Jordan Armed Forces - Arab Army, has dispatched its 12th humanitarian aid convoy to Lebanon, carrying relief and medical assistance.
The convoy consists of 24 trucks loaded with food supplies, medicines, and medical and health essentials. The aid was prepared and sent based on humanitarian and medical needs, in coordination with relevant authorities to ensure it reaches its intended beneficiaries.
The 12th convoy is part of a series of relief missions organized by Jordan to support the Lebanese people, reflecting the Kingdom’s ongoing humanitarian and relief efforts through cooperation between the Jordan Armed Forces and the Jordan Hashemite Charity Organization.
The JHCO reaffirmed its commitment to continuing humanitarian response operations and delivering assistance to those in need, underscoring Jordan’s longstanding policy of standing by its Arab brothers and supporting communities affected by crises.
Also, the JHCO expressed appreciation for the efforts of the Syrian authorities in facilitating the passage of humanitarian convoys and ensuring their arrival in Lebanon, while stressing the continuation of relief and humanitarian support for the Lebanese people.
