The Department of Palestinian Affairs in cooperation with the Jordan Hashemite Charity Organization (JHCO), has begun implementing a project to distribute 10,000 food and hygiene to beneficiaries in the 13 Palestinian refugee camps in the Kingdom, as part of humanitarian efforts aimed at enhancing food security, supporting the neediest families, and easing the burdens of living they face.
In a statement on Wednesday, the department explained that this project is part of series of humanitarian initiatives implemented by the JHCO in cooperation with various local and international partners, with support from Human Appeal Australia and Charisma Malaysia, affirming it’s approach to consolidating the values of social solidarity and providing support to deserving groups, which contributes to enhancing food security and improving the living conditions to the beneficiaries.
The department emphasized the importance of continuing corporations and coordination to implement relief and humanitarian programs that meet the needs of camp residents, thus strengthening efforts to support them and improve their living conditions, appreciating the support provided by partner organizations to ensure the success of this humanitarian project and serve beneficiary families in the Kingdom camps.
