SSC launches "Fursatak" digital employment platform
The Social Security Corporation (SSC) has launched 'Fursatak' (Your Opportunity), a new digital platform designed to connect employers with job seekers and facilitate access to employment opportunities across the Kingdom.
The corporation said in a statement issued Tuesday that the platform is part of the effective implementation of the unemployment insurance program, providing unemployed individuals and job seekers with a dedicated tool to search for suitable employment opportunities during periods of unemployment or while seeking new career paths.
The platform also enables employers to access a comprehensive database of job applicants, helping companies identify candidates whose qualifications and experience match available vacancies.
According to the SSC, the platform is available to individuals and businesses through their electronic services accounts on the corporation's official website, allowing users to complete the required information and submit applications online.
The corporation said employers can use the platform to recruit qualified professionals and fill vacant positions more efficiently.
During the initial phase, the SSC's role will be limited to making applicants' information available to more than 90,000 companies covered under the Social Security Law, enabling employers to review candidates' qualifications, skills, work experience and detailed resumes submitted through the platform.
The corporation added that insured unemployed individuals applying for unemployment benefits may also register on the platform to enhance their employment prospects and facilitate their return to social security coverage.
The SSC encouraged job seekers and employers alike to make use of the platform and benefit from its services.
