The media spokesperson for the Ministry of Education, Mahmoud Hyasat, said that the grading of the 2026 General Secondary Education Certificate Examination (Tawjihi) papers began on the very first day of the exams, which started last Thursday, and will continue until the results are announced.
Hyasat told Ad-Dustour newspaper that the Tawjihi results are expected to be announced within 20 days to one month at the latest after students complete their final examination. The results will be made available through a dedicated link that the ministry will announce prior to the release.
He emphasized that the ministry is proceeding with the grading process on an ongoing basis, noting that there are 38 marking centers distributed across all governorates of the Kingdom.
Hyasat also explained that the grading process goes through more than 12 stages, including marking, review, and verification procedures, to ensure accuracy and fairness.
