Over 45,000 students sit for Tawjihi exams on Monday
A total of 45,847 students are taking the General Secondary Education Certificate Examination (Tawjihi) on Monday, distributed across 694 examination centers, according to Jordan's Ministry of Education.
The ministry's spokesperson, Mahmoud Hyasat, said that 45,325 students from the academic track will sit for the Geography exam at 10:00 a.m.
Meanwhile, 522 students from the 2007 cohort and earlier will take examinations in Geography for the Literary Stream, Geography (Universities/Colleges) for the Hotel Management Stream, and Quranic Interpretation, Quranic Sciences, Hadith, and the Prophet's Biography for the Sharia Stream.
Hyasat urged students to arrive at the examination hall at least 30 minutes before the start of the exam, bring valid identification, refrain from bringing any electronic devices into examination rooms, and avoid tampering with the answer booklet.
