Jordanian flag stands tall over kingdom to celebrate its National Day
The Jordanian flag was raised on Thursday in all governorates of the Kingdom, coinciding with the raising ceremony at Al Husseiniya, which was attended by His Majesty King Abdullah II.
To mark Jordan’s National Flag Day, all official and popular institutions in various governorates of the Kingdom raised the flag to express their pride in the flag.
In addition, public squares, government buildings and main squares witnessed flag-raising events with the participation of officials, citizens, school students and governmental and private institutions.
Several national events were organized in different places to celebrate this national occasion, which expresses the pride of all Jordanians.
The celebration, which is marked every year at April 16th, is a constant reminder of what the flag represents as a patriotic symbol of pride in the hearts of Jordanians, and their constant allegiance to the Hashemite Leadership.
