Jordan condemns storming of Kuwait Consulate in Basra
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, on Wednesday, confirmed Jordan’s condemnation of the storming of the Consulate General of the State of Kuwait in the city of Basra, in the Republic of Iraq.
In a statement, the ministry’s official spokesperson, Ambassador Fuad Majali, stressed the need to ensure protection for diplomats and diplomatic missions in accordance with international law and the 1963 Vienna Convention.
