MP Khalaileh questions company transfers and hotel valuation suspicions
Parliament Member, Lawyer Ali Khalaileh questioned a number of transactions before the Parliament regarding financial transfers between Jordanian and foreign companies, seeking clarification on whether these transactions are subject to any investigative, supervisory, or judicial review.
Khalaileh also questioned suspicions related to a hotel appraisal, underestimated and evaluated below its real value.

In accordance with Article 96 of the Constitution of Jordan and Article 123 of the Lower House Statute, kindly ask H.E. the Prime Minister for the following inquiries:
1.To state the amounts of bank and money transfers between Kamal Exchange Co. registered under number 14904 with the Company Controller Department and Abu Sumbol General Trading LLC, registered in the Company Register of Dubai, UAE under number 10803911 since 2021.
2.To state whether there are any supervisory or judicial investigations and/or checks.
3.To state the Central Bank of Jordan’s opinion in the legitimacy of those transfers and if there are any bank violations and any international information on those transfers.
