Israeli occupation forces Wednesday demanded that the residents of Nour Shams camp evacuate it immediately, through the loudspeakers of the camp mosque, amidst a field escalation.
Eyewitnesses said that the occupation forces stormed the mosque of Al-Ayada neighborhood in the camp, and called on the residents through loudspeakers to leave the camp, which has been subjected to aggression for four days.
The occupation forces deployed the military vehicles and infantry patrols at the entrances to the camp and its neighborhoods, amidst firing live bullets and sound bombs intensively to spread a state of fear and panic among the residents.
Since the first day of the occupation aggression, the camp has witnessed a wave of forced mass displacement under the pressure of random gunfire, coinciding with the sounds of explosions heard every now and then.
The displaced civilians described the camp's situation as very difficult and miserable, with demolished houses and shops and bulldozed streets, with the occupation soldiers raiding the houses in a barbaric manner and ransacking them, assaulting young men, and expelling the elderly without allowing them to take their basic needs, especially clothes, and seizing their mobile phones.
The media office of the Nour Shams Camp Services Committee indicated that the number of displaced people has so far exceeded thousands of women, children, the elderly and the sick.
It is noteworthy that the Israeli aggression on the city of Tulkarm and its two camps, Tulkarm and Nour Shams, for the 17th consecutive day, amid a military escalation accompanied by widespread destruction of infrastructure and property, detentions, and forced displacement of thousands of residents of the two camps.
