The Central Bank of Jordan (CBJ), on behalf of the government, offered on Tuesday issue No. (25) for the year 2024 of Jordanian Treasury bonds at auction, worth JD200 million.
The maturity date for the current issue is August 7, 2029, while the bank indicated that the settlement date is Wednesday, August 7, according to the CBJ's data.
Data from the bank also revealed that the government borrowed more than JD4.2 billion in treasury bonds and bills since the beginning of 2024 until Tuesday.
