Israel refuses to bring fuel into northern Gaza and its hospitals
The Israeli occupation refused fuel access to the areas of the northern Gaza Strip and its hospitals, according to the spokesman for the Palestinian Red Crescent in the Gaza Strip, Raed al-Nims.
Al-Nims called Tuesday for international intervention to allow the entry of fuel into the Gaza Strip so that life could return to at least a minimum level of normal.
Bringing fuel into the Gaza Strip in larger quantities helps the health sectors and service facilities to resume work, al-Nims said.
There must be a solution to the problem of food security, access to clean water, and the ability to provide health services to thousands of displaced people who suffer from respiratory problems and skin diseases, he added.
