One Israelis soldier were killed Thursday, and five settlers injured, in a run-over operation that took place near the Maccabim checkpoint, west of Ramallah in the occupied West Bank.

Two of the wounded in a serious condition, according to Hebrew media.

Magen David Adom reported that three were slightly injured in a traffic accident, as a result of their collision with the truck of the perpetrator of the attack.

Hebrew sources pointed out that the perpetrator withdrew from the scene, and later the Channel 14 announced that the perpetrator had been neutralized.
