Arab League to hold emergency meeting over Israeli attacks on Jenin
The Council of the League of Arab States will hold an emergency meeting on Tuesday, at the level of permanent delegates, to discuss the latest developments in the city of Jenin in the occupied West Bank.
The meeting comes upon a request from Palestine in coordination with Egypt and Jordan, said the Permanent Representative of Palestine to the AL Ambassador Muhannad Al-Aklouk.
Israeli forces attacked the city of Jenin earlier on Monday, killing five Palestinians and injuring 27.
It comes in light of the continuing brutal Israeli aggression against the Palestinian people throughout the cities, camps and villages, Al-Aklouk added.
