Private sector workers included in Independence Day holiday
The Ministry of Labor said that a recent circular for the public sector to observe the Kingdom's 77th Independence Day, which falls on May 25, includes the private sector, the ministry said in a statement on Wednesday.
In a previous statement, the Ministry of Labor confirmed that on the occasion of the marriage of HRH Crown Prince Hussein, a decision made by Prime Minister Bisher Khasawneh last Tuesday will result in the suspension of all ministries and official departments, including private sector institutions, without exception.
The ministry issued the statement to celebrate the two national occasions.
