5 million dinars compensation for Israeli pipeline project
An official source in the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources confirmed that the government has allocated 5 million dinars in the draft budget law, as compensation instead of appropriating plots of land as a result of the implementation of the gas pipeline with Israel.
Approximately 3.049 million dinars were paid as compensation as a result of the land expropriation this year, the source told Ammon.
He pointed out that this came in the ministry's budget through the item 'Natural Gas Pipeline / Sheikh Hussein Crossing'.
