Al-Zoubi, who holds a BSc and MSc in Engineering from UCL, started his career as an engineering officer in the Jordanian Armed Forces.
Subsequently, he took up his current position as CEO of STC Operations where he was also responsible for the leadership role in the Middle East in the double hat operating mode for some time.
Al-Zoubi operates across multiple areas of operation including mobile and fixed networks as well as cloud infrastructure operations in different and highly demanding multi-vendor client environments across the market.
With over 20 years of professional network service delivery experience and proven experience handling multiple technology service delivery portfolios, Al-Zoubi has a proven track record of hands-on management experience in delivery management, network planning, optimization and field operations. In the STC account, Al-Zoubi contributed to the successful renewal of the existing business and helped the growth of the managed services within the account into new areas. He has been delivering all the Hajj and Ramadan projects at Nokia for two decades.
