The Greater Karak Municipality on Sunday launched a digital safety project for female local council members, community activists, and organizations in the Kingdom's southern governorates.
Mayor Mohammed Maaitah said the project aims to spread social awareness among women in society and protect them from cyber violence.
The project is implemented in collaboration with the Canada Fund for Local Initiatives (CFLI), Maaitah added.
