Morocco condemns Israel's transgressions in Al-Aqsa Mosque
Morocco on Saturday expressed its 'strong condemnation and denunciation' of the Israeli occupation forces' transgressions in Al-Aqsa Mosque, the closing of its gates and attacking defenseless Palestinian worshipers.
The Maghreb Arabe Press (MAP) cited Morocco's Foreign Ministry as saying, 'The kingdom considers this a blatant violation and a systemic provocation during the blessed month of Ramadan against the sanctity of Al-Aqsa Mosque...'
Morocco urged the UN and the international community to promptly intervene to put an end to the Israeli violations and attacks on defenseless Palestinians and sanctities in occupied Jerusalem, the MAP added.
